One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke which made the garage door inoperable. After doing a bit of research,… I found Garage Door Ninja and the overwhelmingly positive online reviews. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Yuriy went out of his way to drive to my place within 90 minutes to assess the problem and provide an estimate after thoroughly going over all the work he recommended. Yuriy pointed out other issues and offered to fix not just both springs but also to replace the cables, re-adjust the chain and lubricate everything. So, a couple of hours later, the garage door not only functions perfectly, it’s never been as quiet and smooth as it is now. I cannot be happier with the quality of work and his prices are very reasonable. My garage cable got out of the rail and my garage door shifted coz of the weather – an ice block developed by the door coz of the winter storm.… Called Garage Door Ninja and they came the same day on snowy slippery day. He helped me fixed it and as my garage has been really old and nothing has ever been replaced, decided to get him to change a couple other things. Now my garage opens silently. Very professional and helpful. Worked till 10:30PM just to make sure I can close my garage again that night. Even came back the next day to adjust the sensor as it is hitting my suv.
